Blend composition
Fixed ratio in every draw. Per-draw amounts follow your calculator dose (0.20 mg total blend).
| Component | In vial | Share | Per draw |

| CJC-1295 (no DAC) | 5 mg | 50.0% | 100 mcg |
| Ipamorelin | 5 mg | 50.0% | 100 mcg |
Total listed mass 10 mg. Step 2 of the calculator is total blend — not one peptide alone.
Live reconstitution calculator
Defaults match this guide (10 mg + 2 mL BAC). Change water or dose and the unit tables below update automatically.
Step 1
Reconstitution
Peptide amount in the vial and how much bacteriostatic water you add.
Step 2
Your dose
This guide uses microgram-scale research doses — quick picks are in mcg (100 mcg = 0.1 mg).

Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (2 mL BAC → 5.00 mg/mL · 50.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Equal-ratio educational tables often use ~200–600 mcg total blend per injection (≈100–300 mcg of each peptide), once or twice daily.
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 1–14 (intro) | 200 mcg0.2 mg | 4 u | 0.04 mL0.2 mg total ≈ 100 mcg CJC + 100 mcg IPA |
| Days 15–42 (standard) | 400 mcg0.4 mg | 8 u | 0.08 mL0.4 mg total ≈ 200 mcg + 200 mcg — common educational stack amount |
Alternate / higher courses
Shorter or higher daily courses discussed in research communities — not a clinical recommendation
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Higher · 0.6 mg total × 28 days | 600 mcg0.6 mg | 12 u | 0.12 mL≈300 mcg of each peptide per injection |

Bacteriostatic water
2 × 3 mL or 1 × 10 mL
2 mL BAC per vial × 2 vials = 4.0 mL total. Buy as 2× 3 mL bottles or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
42+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~88 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 10 mg CJC+IPA blend vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "5.0 mg/mL total — 2 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·TOTAL BLEND milligrams — fixed 50% CJC-1295 (no DAC) / 50% Ipamorelin.
- ·This is not CJC with DAC. Timing is pulse-style, not weekly.
- ·Research use only.
Research context & considerations
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin is a popular GHRH-analogue + ghrelin-mimetic research stack aiming for synergistic GH pulses. Component literature ≠ validated fixed combination product.
- ·Hunger, water retention, and tingling can appear (more hunger often attributed to GHRP-class partners).
- ·GH-axis malignancy and metabolic cautions apply.
- ·Not FDA-approved.
- ·Pregnancy and pediatric use out of scope.
