Research cycle phases

Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (2 mL BAC → 5.00 mg/mL · 50.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.

Standard course

Equal-ratio educational tables often use ~200–600 mcg total blend per injection (≈100–300 mcg of each peptide), once or twice daily.

~14 mg mg total peptide over this 42-day course at 200 mcg → 400 mcg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 10 mg.

Bacteriostatic water

2 × 3 mL or 1 × 10 mL

2 mL BAC per vial × 2 vials = 4.0 mL total. Buy as 2× 3 mL bottles or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).

U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)

42+ syringes

About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.

Alcohol swabs & sharps

~88 swabs · 1 sharps container

Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.

Reconstitution steps

  1. Allow the lyophilized 10 mg CJC+IPA blend vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
  2. Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
  3. Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
  5. Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "5.0 mg/mL total — 2 mL BAC").
  6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.

Storage

Lyophilized

Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).

Reconstituted

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.

  • ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
  • ·Protect from light during storage.
  • ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.

Protocol notes

  • ·TOTAL BLEND milligrams — fixed 50% CJC-1295 (no DAC) / 50% Ipamorelin.
  • ·This is not CJC with DAC. Timing is pulse-style, not weekly.
  • ·Research use only.

Research context & considerations

CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin is a popular GHRH-analogue + ghrelin-mimetic research stack aiming for synergistic GH pulses. Component literature ≠ validated fixed combination product.

  • ·Hunger, water retention, and tingling can appear (more hunger often attributed to GHRP-class partners).
  • ·GH-axis malignancy and metabolic cautions apply.
  • ·Not FDA-approved.
  • ·Pregnancy and pediatric use out of scope.
