Fill one 30-unit U-100 syringe to about 15 units (0.150 mL).
Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (3 mL BAC → 6.67 mg/mL · 66.7 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Secondary educational charts often discuss ~1–2 mg once daily stepped over multi-week courses. No validated human dose.
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 1–10 (intro) | 1 mg1,000 mcg | 15.0 u | 0.15 mL |
| Days 11–30 (standard educational) | 1.50 mg1,500 mcg | 22.5 u | 0.22 mL |
Alternate / higher courses
Shorter or higher daily courses discussed in research communities — not a clinical recommendation

~40 mg mg total peptide over this 30-day course at 1 mg → 1.5 mg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 20 mg.
Bacteriostatic water
2 × 3 mL or 1 × 10 mL
3 mL BAC per vial × 2 vials = 6.0 mL total. Buy as 2× 3 mL bottles or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
30+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~64 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 20 mg Crystagen vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "6.7 mg/mL — 3 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·Crystagen is a Khavinson-class short peptide bioregulator discussed in Russian tissue-specific literature.
- ·There is no FDA-validated human dose for research-market vials — tables are recon/unit math only.
- ·Courses are often framed as weeks on, then long time off — not continuous year-round use.
- ·Research use only.
Research context & considerations
Crystagen (Glu-Asp-Pro class tripeptide bioregulator) is discussed for immune-cell gene regulation in bioregulator literature. Research powders are not approved immunotherapeutics.
- ·Not a substitute for infection or immunology care.
- ·Not FDA-approved.
- ·Pregnancy out of scope.
