Your dose
Quick-select common research doses (includes 2.5 / 7.5 for dual-agonist ladders) or type any mg / mcg value.

Filled to 100 u
Fill one 100-unit U-100 syringe to about 100 units (1 mL).
Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (1 mL BAC → 75.00 IU/mL · 750.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Fertility stimulation protocols often use multi-day FSH/LH activity dosing set by specialists (commonly starting in the tens to low hundreds of IU/day of FSH activity depending on product and response). This page is recon math for a ${vialIu} IU vial only.
| Phase | Daily dose (IU) | Units | Volume |

2-day course
HMG 75 mg vials
2 vials
~112.5 mg mg total peptide over this 2-day course at 75 mg → 37.5 mg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 75 mg.
Bacteriostatic water
1 × 3 mL bottle
1 mL BAC per vial × 2 vials = 2.0 mL total. Buy as 1× 3 mL bottle or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
2+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~8 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 75 IU HMG vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "75 IU/mL — 1 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·HMG provides FSH + LH activity (menotropin class).
- ·Calculator fields are in IU.
- ·Not a casual peptide — fertility medicine only in legitimate use.
- ·Research use only.
Research context & considerations
Menotropins are used in assisted reproduction and selected hypogonadism contexts under specialist care. Research-market vials are not a DIY fertility kit.
- ·OHSS and multiple pregnancy risks exist in ovarian stimulation medicine.
- ·Requires specialist monitoring in clinical use.
- ·Not FDA-approved via research-vial channels as consumer product.
- ·Pregnancy only in supervised fertility treatment contexts.
