Reconstitution steps

  1. Allow the lyophilized 80 mg KLOW vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
  2. Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default). 2.0 mL is also common if you want denser 10-unit draws.
  3. Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall — multi-peptide cakes foam easily if blasted.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved and the solution looks uniform (GHK-Cu can tinge the liquid blue-green). Do not shake hard.
  5. Label with recon date, BAC volume, and “80 mg total blend / KLOW”. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light.
  6. Prefer finishing a reconstituted multi-peptide vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.

Store dry powder cold and dark (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).

Reconstituted

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw. Multi-peptide blends are typically used within ~4 weeks after recon.

  • ·Copper-peptide solutions can look blue-green — that can be normal for GHK-Cu; discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear.
  • ·Document recon date and BAC mL on the label.
