Step 1
Reconstitution
Peptide amount in the vial and how much bacteriostatic water you add.
Step 2
Your dose
This guide uses microgram-scale research doses — quick picks are in mcg (100 mcg = 0.1 mg).
Quick select (mcg) — switch units or type any value
Suggested: 30-unit barrel (smallest that fits this draw).

Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (2 mL BAC → 1.00 mg/mL · 10.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Triptorelin is a GnRH agonist used in fertility medicine and hormone-sensitive conditions. ART studies have used microgram-to-low-mg daily regimens; commercial products are often monthly/3-monthly depots. Research vials are not a DIY “test suppress/reset” kit.

Triptorelin 2 mg vials

~600 mcg mg total peptide over this 2-day course at 100 mcg → 500 mcg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 2 mg.
Bacteriostatic water
1 × 3 mL bottle
2 mL BAC per vial × 1 vial = 2.0 mL total. Buy as 1× 3 mL bottle or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
2+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~6 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 2 mg Triptorelin vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "1.0 mg/mL").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·Initial flare then downregulation of LH/FSH with continuous agonist exposure.
- ·Catalog spelling may show “Triptorelln”.
- ·Research use only — fertility/endocrine medicine context.
Research context & considerations
Triptorelin is an approved GnRH agonist in many regions for prostate cancer, endometriosis, ART, and related indications as pharmaceutical products. Research powders are not those products.
- ·Profoundly alters sex hormones — not for unsupervised self-experimentation.
- ·Bone density, hot flashes, mood, and fertility effects with suppression.
- ·Not FDA-approved via research-vial consumer channels.
- ·Pregnancy out of scope except supervised fertility medicine.
