Live reconstitution calculator

Defaults match this guide (20 mg + 3 mL BAC). Change water or dose and the unit tables below update automatically.

Step 1

Reconstitution

Peptide amount in the vial and how much bacteriostatic water you add.

Bacteriostatic water (mL)
Concentration6.67 mg/mL
Per 1 unit (0.01 mL)66.7 mcg
Per 10 units (0.1 mL)667 mcg

Step 2

Your dose

This guide uses microgram-scale research doses — quick picks are in mcg (100 mcg = 0.1 mg).

Research cycle phases

Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (3 mL BAC → 6.67 mg/mL · 66.7 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.

Standard course

Secondary educational charts often discuss ~200–500 mcg once daily over multi-week courses. Not a substitute for cardiology care.

Supplies planner

Using the guide’s phase ladder (200 mcg → 400 mcg per injection (phase ladder)) over a 30-day course. Set a dose in Step 2 to plan supplies at your own amount.

Cardiogen 20 mg vials

1 vial

~10 mg mg total peptide over this 30-day course at 200 mcg → 400 mcg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 20 mg.

Bacteriostatic water

1 × 3 mL bottle

3 mL BAC per vial × 1 vial = 3.0 mL total. Buy as 1× 3 mL bottle or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).

U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)

30+ syringes

About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.

Alcohol swabs & sharps

~62 swabs · 1 sharps container

Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.

Reconstitution steps

  1. Allow the lyophilized 20 mg Cardiogen vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
  2. Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
  3. Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
  5. Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "6.7 mg/mL — 3 mL BAC").
  6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.

Storage

Lyophilized

Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).

Reconstituted

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.

  • ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
  • ·Protect from light during storage.
  • ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.

Protocol notes

  • ·Cardiogen is a Khavinson-class short peptide bioregulator discussed in Russian tissue-specific literature.
  • ·There is no FDA-validated human dose for research-market vials — tables are recon/unit math only.
  • ·Courses are often framed as weeks on, then long time off — not continuous year-round use.
  • ·Research use only.

Research context & considerations

Cardiogen (Ala-Glu-Asp-Arg) is associated with Khavinson bioregulator work on cardiomyocyte gene regulation and related preclinical models. Research powders are not approved cardiovascular drugs.

  • ·Do not replace emergency or standard cardiac care.
  • ·Not FDA-approved.
  • ·Pregnancy out of scope.
