Reconstitution steps

  1. Allow the lyophilized 50 mg GHK-Cu vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
  2. Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
  3. Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
  5. Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "25.0 mg/mL — 2 mL BAC").
  6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.

Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex appears widely in regenerative and cosmetic research. Systemic injectable research powders are not approved drugs; copper exposure matters at higher chronic amounts.
