Kisspeptin-10 10 mg
Educational recon guide for a 10 mg Kisspeptin-10 research vial and microgram pulse unit mapping. Research use only — reproductive hormone axis peptide.
Vial size
Same research phases — calculator defaults and unit math match the selected vial strength.

Frequency
Intermittent / pulse-style in research (human work used single IV boluses or controlled infusions). Secondary SC tables sometimes use limited courses rather than indefinite daily use
Route
Subcutaneous in community write-ups; published human PK/PD often used IV boluses or infusions

Defaults match this guide (10 mg + 2 mL BAC). Change water or dose and the unit tables below update automatically.

Reconstitution
Peptide amount in the vial and how much bacteriostatic water you add.
Step 2
Your dose
This guide uses microgram-scale research doses — quick picks are in mcg (100 mcg = 0.1 mg).

Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (2 mL BAC → 5.00 mg/mL · 50.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Human IV bolus data support LH responses in the ~0.1–1 μg/kg class, with ~1 μg/kg near maximal in one healthy-men study (higher 3 μg/kg not superior). Secondary SC educational charts often discuss ~100–200 mcg per injection. Continuous high daily exposure may blunt responses — treat tables as recon math, not a fertility prescription.
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example pulse · 50 mcg | 50 mcg0.05 mg | 1 u | 0.01 mL≈0.7 μg/kg for 70 kg — lower educational SC amount |
| Example pulse · 100 mcg | 100 mcg0.1 mg | 2 u | 0.02 mL≈1.4 μg/kg for 70 kg — common secondary SC tables; human IV max LH near ~1 μg/kg |
| Example pulse · 200 mcg | 200 mcg0.2 mg | 4 u | 0.04 mLUpper common secondary SC educational amount |
Alternate / higher courses
Shorter or higher daily courses discussed in research communities — not a clinical recommendation
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Higher educational · 300 mcg | 300 mcg0.3 mg | 6 u | 0.06 mLAbove many SC charts — not supported as more-is-better by the IV dose-response plateau |

Kisspeptin-10 10 mg vials
1 vial
~350 mcg mg total peptide over this 3-day course at 50 mcg → 100 mcg → 200 mcg per injection (phase ladder). Each vial holds 10 mg.
Bacteriostatic water
1 × 3 mL bottle
2 mL BAC per vial × 1 vial = 2.0 mL total. Buy as 1× 3 mL bottle or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
3+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~8 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 10 mg Kisspeptin-10 vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "5.0 mg/mL — 2 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·Kisspeptin-10 activates KISS1R on GnRH neurons → LH/FSH cascade (upstream of gonadorelin/hCG-style narratives).
- ·Calculator: 0.1 mg = 100 mcg.
- ·Catalog spelling may show "Kisspetin" — same Kp-10 research peptide.
- ·Not a casual test-boost peptide; it manipulates the reproductive axis.
- ·Research use only.
Research context & considerations
Kisspeptin is central to reproductive neuroendocrine control (puberty, fertility, HPG axis). Kp-10 is a short active fragment used in clinical research (IV boluses/infusions). Research-market vials are not approved fertility drugs or libido medicines.
- ·Alters LH/FSH/sex-steroid signaling — can affect fertility planning.
- ·Nausea or flushing can appear in some experimental exposures.
- ·Desensitization risk with continuous high stimulation is discussed in the literature.
- ·Not FDA-approved as a research-vial consumer product.
- ·Pregnancy and pediatric use out of scope (except supervised fertility research medicine).
