PNC-27 is a chimeric p53/HDM-2–related membrane-active peptide studied for selective cancer-cell disruption in preclinical work. There is no approved human dose. Secondary research-clinic sheets sometimes list roughly ~200–300 mcg SC several times weekly — treat as recon math only, not cancer treatment.

Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 5 mg PNC-27 vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "2.5 mg/mL — 2 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
