Step 2
Your dose
This guide uses microgram-scale research doses — quick picks are in mcg (100 mcg = 0.1 mg).

Research cycle phases
Units and volumes recompute from your Step 1 concentration (2 mL BAC → 5.00 mg/mL · 50.0 mcg/unit). Doses below are once daily during the course — not weekly.
Standard course
Research-community tables for no-DAC / Mod GRF 1-29 commonly use ~100–300 mcg per injection, 1–3 times daily. Frequently paired with Ipamorelin at similar mcg amounts (see CJC+IPA blend guide).
| Phase | Daily dose | Units | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|

Bacteriostatic water
2 × 3 mL or 1 × 10 mL
2 mL BAC per vial × 2 vials = 4.0 mL total. Buy as 2× 3 mL bottles or 1× 10 mL bottle (whichever you stock).
U-100 insulin syringes (100-unit)
70+ syringes
About one 100-unit syringe per injection for this schedule. Keep a few spares.
Alcohol swabs & sharps
~144 swabs · 1 sharps container
Wipe vial stopper and injection site each time. Dispose needles in a proper sharps container.
Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 10 mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default for this guide).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. "5.0 mg/mL — 2 mL BAC").
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light. Prefer using a reconstituted multi-dose vial within ~28 days with sterile technique.
Storage
Lyophilized
Keep dry powder cold and dark when possible (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).
Reconstituted
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw of the working solution. Prefer finishing within ~28 days.
- ·Write recon date and BAC volume on the label.
- ·Protect from light during storage.
- ·Discard if cloudy, particulates, or odd odor appear after reconstitution.
Protocol notes
- ·Without DAC = short-acting Mod GRF 1-29 class — not the multi-day DAC form.
- ·Calculator uses mg: 0.1 mg = 100 mcg; 0.2 mg = 200 mcg.
- ·Often stacked with Ipamorelin; do not confuse with CJC-1295 with DAC weekly schedules.
- ·Research use only.
Research context & considerations
CJC-1295 without DAC is a GHRH-analogue research peptide intended to amplify physiologic GH pulses. Evidence base is thinner than approved GH secretagogues; research powders are not pharmaceutical product.
- ·Water retention, tingling, and IGF-1 elevation discussions appear in community reports.
- ·Active malignancy and uncontrolled diabetes are standard high-caution contexts for GH-axis agents.
- ·Not FDA-approved.
- ·Pregnancy and pediatric use out of scope.
