Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 5 mg Tirzepatide vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.

- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
