Reconstitution steps

  1. Allow the lyophilized 10 mg vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
  2. Draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default).
  3. Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
  4. Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
  5. Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. “5.0 mg/mL”).
  6. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light.

Keep dry powder cold and dark (−20 °C / −4 °F preferred for long-term research stock).

Reconstituted

Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F). Avoid freeze–thaw. Prefer using within ~28 days with sterile technique.
