Reconstitution steps
- Allow the lyophilized 50 mg vial and bacteriostatic water to reach room temperature.
- Draw 5.0 mL bacteriostatic water (default).
- Inject BAC slowly down the inner wall of the vial — avoid blasting the powder cake.
- Gently swirl or roll until the solution is clear. Do not shake hard (foaming).
- Label with recon date and concentration (e.g. “10.0 mg/mL”).
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35–46 °F), protected from light.
