Long-acting GHRH analogue form of CJC-1295 using Drug Affinity Complex for multi-day GH/IGF-1 elevation research framing.

How to picture it

A research compound with pathways still being mapped — see mechanism and overview for the technical picture.

Research focus & benefits

  • Extended GH secretagogue PK models
  • Body composition research contexts
  • Comparison vs no-DAC Mod GRF 1-29

Benefits describe research interest and pathway rationale — not guaranteed outcomes or medical advice. Research use only.

Overview

CJC-1295 with DAC binds albumin via the Drug Affinity Complex, extending half-life versus Mod GRF 1-29 (no DAC). Research-market use is typically once or twice weekly. Many biohackers prefer the no-DAC form for more physiologic pulses; DAC remains stocked as a distinct vial SKU.

Mechanism

GHRH receptor agonism on pituitary somatotrophs with prolonged exposure from albumin binding, producing flatter multi-day GH/IGF-1 elevation than short pulses.

Research uses

  • Extended GH secretagogue PK models
  • Body composition research contexts
  • Comparison vs no-DAC Mod GRF 1-29

Research dosing notes

Educational community ranges often ~0.5–2 mg once or twice weekly. Distinct from daily no-DAC pulse dosing.

Common research routes

Subcutaneous injection

Reported considerations

  • Water retention
  • Tingling / numbness
  • IGF-1 elevation concerns
  • Less physiologic GH pattern than pulse stacks

  • Active cancer
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Pregnancy

Common research stacks

  • Ipamorelin (less common with DAC)
  • Tesamorelin
  • BPC-157
